Most organizations are aware that the organization itself is only as good as the individuals within it. Public Schools mission statement reads (nd), "to develop the skills and talents of all students through rigorous learning experiences, supportive relationships, and relevant real-life applications" They know that in order for them to meet these goals and objectives that are set forth they need to hire and recruit competent teaching and support staff members. This paper will design a staffing plan for the Public Schools, as well as how many individuals will need to be hired for one specific school in regards to teaching staff and support staff.
